The prices of a Full size mattress is closer to a Queen size mattress, as the differences between these two mattresses are not huge.
If you consider buying pillows, for the full size mattress you will be fine with two small pillows. The Queen size mattress will require special size pillows.
Until the 1960's the Full mattresses were mostly used for 2 people. Full beds, are also called double beds.
Full mattresses come a little wider than twin beds mattresses. They are 15 inches wider than twin mattress beds.
Some people use the full mattress bed as a couple. But most find it a little too small for 2 people.
If two people share the full bed, each has only 27 inches of personal space. That is not a lot of space when sharing a bed with somebody.
